How To Use The Skin Repair/ Brightening Kit

Morning/Evening

Facial Routine

Wet your face with warm water and apply the nourishing cleansing gel in the palm of your hands. Rub your palms together and massage the lather on your face. Let it sit for no more than 60 seconds. After that rinse your face and towel dry.

Apply the Vit B3 serum and massage until it is completely absorbed. After a few seconds, apply the multivitamin face cream and then a few drops of the rosehip serum as the final step. 

Body Routine: 

• The brightening body lotion and Repair oil are used twice a day after your bath. Massage the body lotion till it is absorbed into your skin then apply the Repair oil.
• Use the goat milk soap twice a day. Massage the soap lather on your wet skin for about 1-2 minutes before rinsing
• The turmeric scrub is used once or twice a week after using the repair oil for at least 2 weeks. After taking a bath with your soap, while your body is still wet, apply the scrub on your body and scrub your skin in gentle circular motions focusing on rough areas like the knees, elbows, under the butt, etc. Let the scrub sit on your skin for about 2-10 minutes before rinsing off.
• You can scrub twice a week. If your skin is sensitive then scrub just once a week. Wet your skin with warm water before scrubbing. You can use cool water, however, warm water is more effective in removing dirt and dead cells from the skin You can also scrub before you bath. Just make sure your skin is wet

Also endeavor to avoid dipping your hands directly into the scrub to avoid contamination. Use a clean spatula and scoop out a small quantity into a clean bowl before using.
